Q7: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)? 

A: Our MOQ is 1 PCS, sample and mass production both support. 

Q8: Can I get a free sample, how long will it take?

A: For custom products, sample fee is determined by the detailed sample requirements. Normally, it takes 7-15 days.

Q9: What software you will use to check the drawings? And what format of drawing you can check?

A: Our engineers generally use AUTO CAD, Pro/E, UG and Soliworks software to check 2D and 3D drawings.
     We can check the drawings in PDF, AI, DWG (CAD) and STP (3D) or IGS (3D), x-t formats. 

Q10: Can you make custom parts based on my sample?

A: Yes, you can send the sample to us by express and we will evaluate the sample, scan the features and draft 3D drawing for production.

Q11: How long does it take to build an injection mold(delivery time)?

A: In general, it will take 2-4 weeks, depending on the complexity and cavity Number of the mold.
And 15-30 business days for mass production ( 15-20 days making mold, 5-10 days for mass production).

Q12. What is your payment term?

We accept T/T, Paypal, Western Union, L/C.  50% mold cost deposit when order confirmed, balance mold cost +50% production cost paid when samples confimed. Balance production cost paid against copy of B/L. 

Q13: What does your OEM service include?

A: We follow up your request from the design idea to the mass production. 

a. You can provide 3D drawing to us, then our engineers and production teams evaluate the design and quote you the precise cost. 

b. If you don't have 3D drawing, you can provide 2D drawing or draft with features details with full dimensions, we can draft 3D drawing for you with fair charge.

c. You can also customize Logo on the product surface, package, color box or carton.

d. We also provide assembly service for the OEM parts.
